Is the CD/DVD supported by the server?
CD with copy guard feature is not supported.
CD/DVD for Macintosh is not supported.
Is the CD/DVD properly set in the optical disk drive tray?
Take the disk out of the tray, and set the disk with its label side upward.
Is there any dust or scratch on CD/DVD?
Check if there is a stain such as fingerprint or a crack on disk surface.
Is the session closed on rewritable CD/DVD?
Close the session, and then try to access the disk.
Did you use the writing software appropriate to drive?
If a combination of writing software and the drive is not appropriate, the disk cannot be accessed.

Is the suppression feature of POWER Switch enabled?
Run BIOS Setup Utility and confirm the following setting.
Server Power Switch Inhibit
Enabled state prohibits POWER Switch operation.
