Copying a Calls list entry to the directory

In the Folder list click CLM.
This opens the Calls list.
ì
Click the Calls list entry you want to copy to the central directory.
This highlights the entry.
ì
In the Action menu click Add to Phone Directory...
This opens the Add entry to phonebook dialogue.
ì
Enter the name of the new directory entry (up to 16 characters) in the Name field.
ì
Check the telephone number in the Call number field (up to 32 digits).
ì
Confirm your entry with OK.
This adds the name and telephone number as a new entry to the central directory.
The name entered will be used in all the Calls list entries generated by a call to that
telephone number.
