Notes on operation
Receive MSN = GSM

– Mobile telephone within ranges of the base station:
The internal device reacts to all incoming calls to the mobile telephone's number.
Calls can be taken on the mobile telephone and the internal device.
– Mobile telephone not in range of the base station:
The internal device only reacts to incoming calls if it also has other Receive MSNs.
When dialling via a Bluetooth mobile telephone, you can only use block
dialling:

You enter the complete number on the internal device, and correct it
if necessary.

Press the call key to make the call via the mobile telephone.

Operating the base station via a Bluetooth PC or Bluetooth PDA

If you register a PC or PDA with the base station via a Bluetooth adapter, you can use the
following functions:
Configure the base station using the Bluetooth connection.

Make sure that the Bluetooth adapter is set up on the PC on which you have installed
talk&surf.
Transfer data (e. g. directory) between the base station and PC or PDA.

Surf the Internet with up to three PCs or PDAs via Bluetooth connections.

Using the Bluetooth headset

As long as you are in Bluetooth range of the base station (up to a few metres), the head-
set will react to all assigned MSNs. You can take and make calls – and for example still
have both hands free for the PC keyboard.
