Internal call forwarding

Use the Internal call forwarding tab to define the order in which an incoming call is
forwarded internally.
The upper section of the tab shows you a list of the registered devices and the internal
call forwarding set.
You can activate an internal call forwarding in the lower section. Select a participant
from the list as the destination. Calls cannot be forwarded to devices of the type door
intercom, external wait melody and no function.
Rings
Use the number of rings to define the number of seconds before the incoming call is
forwarded to the next device:
Rings
Length (seconds)
The caller will not see the internal call forwarding. Therefore you should
i
set the ring delay as low as possible if you want to involve several internal
devices.
You will find the Instructions for this topic in Chapter "Configuring internal call forward-
ing" on page 82.

Night service

If external call forwarding has been set up for an MSN, you cannot set up
i
Night service external call for that MSN.
You can use Night service, for example, so that calls after business hours are redirected
to your private number.
This assumes that no external call forwarding has been set for the device in question.
The upper section of the tab shows you a list of the registered devices and the call for-
warding set.
In the lower section, you can make the settings for the Night service.
You activate Night service for a selected device and then set the times.
Night service destination number: The call can be forwarded to an internal or external
device. For internal call forwarding, select a device name, for external forwarding enter
a telephone number with up to 32 digits. Then select the start and stop times for the
call forwarding.
Sat-Sun all-day: Select this option if the call forwarding is to remain active for the
whole weekend.
The upper bar chart shows you the settings for workdays, the lower bar chart those for
the weekend.
You will find the Instructions for this topic in Chapter "Configuring Night service" on
page 83.
