Registering a GSM telephone

Only available for Gigaset SX3x3isdn.
ì
Double-click Configuration in Folder List.
This displays the dialogues available.
ì
Click register.
This opens the Register cordless devices tab.
ì
Click GSM telephone.
This activates the base station's readiness for registration. The register dialogue
shows the remaining duration of readiness for registration (maximum 60 seconds)
in a progress bar.

Launch the registration procedure with the mobile telephone.
You will find a detailed description of the registration procedure in the

mobile telephone operating instructions.
After successful registration, the Bluetooth connection name for the registered
device will be displayed.
ì
You can change the Bluetooth connection name if you want.
The maximum length of the Bluetooth connection name is 16 characters.
ì
Confirm successful registration with OK.
This activates the Bluetooth connection between your base station and the mobile
telephone. The mobile telephone appears in the device list of the Bluetooth
devices tab in the DECT devices dialogue.
A registered Bluetooth mobile telephone is entered in the MSN list of the
MSN Settings tab as GSM. An internal device can use GSM as the send or

receive MSN.
