Adding columns

In the Folder list click CLM.

This opens the Calls list.

Select a Calls list filter in the Folder list if you want to change the view

for that Calls list filter only.

In the View menu click Field Chooser

This opens the Field Chooser dialogue.

In the Available fields section click the columns you want to add to the current

view. Keep the <Ctrl> key pressed if you want to select several columns.

Click Add ->.

The selected columns will be shifted to the Show these fields in this order section.

Confirm your entry with OK.

This closes the Field Chooser dialogue. The current Calls list now shows only the

columns in the Show these fields in this order section.
