Configuring the Calls list

You can customize the Calls list view:
Configure a suitable view for each Calls list filter.

Change the number and the order of the visible columns.

Sort and group the Calls list entries.

Show a preview of the current Calls list entry.

Removing columns

In the Folder list click CLM.
This opens the Calls list.

Select a Calls list filter in the Folder list if you want to change the view

for that Calls list filter only.

In the View menu click Field Chooser
This opens the Field Chooser dialogue.
There must always be at least one column in the Show these fields in

this order section.
ì
In the Show these fields in this order section, click the columns you want to
remove from the current view. Keep the <Ctrl> key pressed if you want to select sev-
eral columns.
ì
Click <- Remove.
The selected columns will be shifted to the Available fields section.
ì
Confirm your entry with OK.
This closes the Field Chooser dialogue. The current Calls list now shows only the
columns in the Show these fields in this order section.
