Adapting the View

Select View in the menu bar.
– Select Go To to directly access a folder in the Folder list.
– Click Outlook Bar to show or hide Shortcuts.
– Click Folder List to show or hide the Folder list.
– Click Toolbars to show or hide the toolbars.
Each folder in the Folder list contains menu commands that are not avail-
able for other folders. This applies in particular for the View menu.

Creating links
If you want to create a new link in Shortcuts, make sure the Folder list is displayed (see
above).

Right click the entry in the Folder list that you want to create a link for.
ì
Click Create Shortcut.
The new link will be shown in Shortcuts.
