Managing directories
Wizard for importing directories – Composition of the name
A maximum of 16 characters per directory entry is used for the composi-
!
tion of the name, regardless of the field selection.

In the left-hand pane, select the fields in your import file from which the import wiz-
ard is to use for composing the name of the imported directory entries.
ì
Click > to move a selected field to the right-hand pane.
ì
Check the results of your field selection that is shown in the Example of selected
composition field.
ì
Change any other settings you want:
– Use the < button to change your field selection.
– Double-click a field in the right-hand pane to change the list separator for that
field.
– Use the Arrow up and Arrow down buttons to change the order of the selected
fields.
ì
Confirm your settings with Next.
This opens the Wizard for importing directories – Composition of the telephone
number dialogue.
