Exporting
You can export the list regardless of the way it is displayed. Exporting with the *.csv file
format produces a comma-separated list that you can open and edit in Microsoft Excel
or a text editor.
Deleting
Use the Delete button to reset the incurred units or charges to zero.
Settings
Use the Settings tab to define how you want the lists to be displayed.
Choose whether you want the units or the charges to be transmitted by the network
provider.
Changing the settings deletes the lists.

Therefore you should export the lists before changing the settings.
The charges displayed may not be identical to those in your telephone
i
bill. Discounts and special rates are not included.
Transmission from the network provider
Choose whether you want your network provider to transmit the units or the
charges. This setting will influence the structure of the lists in the first two tabs.
Charge factor
If necessary, enter a charge factor to be applied to the charges incurred. If you have
activated the Factor option, you can enter either a whole number with up to four
digits or a decimal number with two decimal places. In the currency field you can
enter a currency label with up to three characters for the charge factor.
Charges of the last call
Activate this option if you want to have the charges for the last call made when you
pick up the receiver or press the handset call key.
