If you have cabinet 17770A, you need will need to ground the Voice Mail. See Figure 13 for loca-
tion of the ground lug.

To ground the VANGARD Mail System:
Connect a 14 AWG ground wire from the ground lug on the cabinet to a verified earth ground.
