Install the processor air duct.
After proper cable connections, mate each of the fans with the installation position and
push the fan into the CPU blade slowly.

Install the components having been removed.
See Chapter 3 for more information on how to install fan units to the CPU blade or the
Blade Assembly Unit.
Select [Advanced] → [Reset Configuration Data] in the [Advanced] menu and set [Reset

Configuration Data] to [Yes].
This operation is required to update the hardware configuration information. See Chapter
4 for details.

Perform the following procedure if
– "Disabled" is selected for [Processor Settings] - [Hyper-Threading Technology] in the
BIOS SETUP menu
– The system is under the 1-CPU configuration
– The system is running under the Windows operating system
If the "Computer" driver is set to "ACPI uni-processor PC" or "ACPI single-processor
PC," change it to "ACPI multi-processor PC," reboot the system according to the message,
and run NEC EXPRESSBUILDER under the Windows operating system to update the
system .
Any change is not required if the "Computer" driver is set to "ACPI multi-processor PC."
