Cabling the ETERNUS CS800 S6 System

This chapter provides cabling diagrams for the different ETERNUS CS800 S6 configurations.
In order to set up the mains connection of the system with phase redundancy, the two
power supply units of each module must be connected to two different phases or to two
different circuits of the rack installation.
To safeguard backups in the event of a power outage, it is recommended that you
connect the ETERNUS CS800 S6 to a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply).
The table below summarizes the different types of cables used for cabling of the offered
ETERNUS CS800 S6 configurations.
