AT^SICI Internet Connection Information

The read command requests the current status of the Internet connection profiles currently defined
AT^SICI
with AT^SICS.
The write command displays the status of the specified Internet connection profile. If the connection
AT^SICI
profile is not defined yet, the command returns a "+CME ERROR" response.

Connecting - A service has been opened and so the Internet connection is ini-
tated.
Up - Internet connection is established and usable by one or more services.
Limited Up - Internet connection is established, but temporarily no network cov-
erage.
Closing - Internet connection is terminating.
