Battery fuse (F2) is blown.
Battery charger is defective.
Battery switch is defective.
Charge or replace battery.
Check for VBAT and VBAT+
on CPU
assembly. Replace fuse if VBAT is not
present.
Replace CPU assembly.
Check for VIN when the [On-Standbd
key is pressed. Replace CPU assembly
if VIN is not present.
