indication
Name
External thermal relay operation
If the external thermal relay provided for motor overheat protection or an internally provided thermal relay in the motor,
etc. switches ON (contacts open), the drive unit outputs are stopped.
Description
This function is available when "7" (OH signal) is set to any of Pr.178 to Pr.184 (input terminal function selection). This
protective function is not available in the initial status (OH signal is not assigned).
 Check for motor overheating.
Check point
 Check that the value of 7 (OH signal) is set correctly in any of Pr.178 to Pr.184 (input terminal function selection).
Corrective
 Reduce the load and speed of operation.
action
 Even if the relay contacts are reset automatically, the drive unit will not restart unless it is reset.

indication
Name
Parameter storage device fault (control circuit board)
Description
Stops the drive unit output if fault occurred in the parameter stored. (EEPROM fault)
Check point
Check for too many number of parameter write times.
Please contact your sales representative.
Corrective
When performing parameter write frequently for communication purposes, set "1" in Pr.342 to enable RAM write. Note
action
that powering OFF returns the drive unit to the status before RAM write.
