■For CLEAR setting
When the CPU module status is changed from RUN to STOP, the wave output is finished and the offset value is output. When
the CPU module status is changed from STOP to RUN, the value is output according to the setting in 'CH1 Output setting
during wave output stop' (Un\G524). The wave output does not restart.
To execute the wave output again, set 'CH1 Wave output start/stop request' (Un\G462) to Wave output stop request (0) after
changing the CPU module status from STOP to RUN. Then, change the value in 'CH1 Wave output start/stop request'
(Un\G462) from Wave output stop request (0) to Wave output start request (1).
