Perform the following procedures after "7. Connect the power cable and air hose to the machine".
Attach the roll paper to the cleaner.
See "2.1 Replacement of roll paper" of YSP10 User's Manual to attach roll paper to the cleaner.
Prepare cleaner solvent.
See "2.3.2 How to refill solvent" of YSP10 User's Manual to attach the cleaner solvent bottle to the
machine.
Send cleaner solvent manual operation
1. Press the [Solvent pump] button multiple times on the [Unit] – [Cleaner] screen to actuate the solvent
pump by hand.
2. Confirm that the solvent has reached to the cleaner nozzle that means solvent seeps enough
through the roll paper.
Confirm that there are no air bubbles inside the solvent hoses.
Confirm visually that there are no air bubbles in the solvent hoses especially near the solvent pump. If
there are bubbles, repeat the operation of Step 5 to remove the bubbles.
Note
Solvent pumps are filled with pure water for overseas transportation. Send enough solvent by
actuating the pump. Or air bubbles remain in the hoses, the solvent monitoring sensor (at the
outlet side of the pump) detects the bubbles and alarm it as an error. In that case, send enough
solvent and check visually if there are any bubbles.
