Program 42 : Hotel Setup

42-01 : System Options for Hotel/Motel

Input Data
0 = MOH (Hold Time)
1 = VAU Message
2 = VAU Message +
Time
0 ~ 100
VAU Message for Wake Up Calls. You
(0 = No Setting)
must make an entry for this program if you
have selected 1 or 2 in Item 01 above.
0 = No Transfer
1 = Transfer to the Oper-
ator
0 = Confirmation Tone
It sets mode for confirming set up when a
1 = VAU Message
user setting the wakeup call.
2 = Time Stamp + VAU
When a user selects 0 (Fixed Message)
Message
they should hear "was setting".
3 = Play Fixed VRS
When a user selects "Play Fixed VRS
Message + Time
Message + Time" they should hear the fol-
lowing:
"A wakeup call has been set for [the wake-
up call time in 12 hour format] "
An example of this is:
"A wakeup call has been set for 8:30 AM"
0 ~ 100
(0 = No Setting)
0 = Off
When PRG42-01-06 is set to on, any room
1 = On
status change from any status can be
made.
Ex)
Hotel Status Code 4 -> 3
Hotel Status Code 4 -> 4
