Repair Procedure

A Fusion Point Code (FPC) is assigned with the AFPC command. If any FPC data has not been assigned
properly, the Spanning Tree Abnormal Answer message in
indicated FPC data is properly assigned.
Assign all nodes' FPCs including nodes which are not directly connected.
