outSendToMaster

This output is a structure of the data type "LTypes_Master_Send" and must be gated with the
telegram information of the higher-level control. SIMOCRANE ESSM uses this output structure
to send all system information, such as process values, status information and diagnostic data,
to the higher-level control. The constituent elements of the structure are listed below.
