If set to "Y", the SIP-CS will perform a DNS SRV lookup for a
SIP registrar server, SIP proxy server, SIP outbound proxy
server, or SIP presence server.

If set to "N", the SIP-CS will not perform a DNS SRV lookup for
a SIP registrar server, SIP proxy server, SIP outbound proxy
server, or SIP presence server.
