You will hear the prompt:

Press [4] and you will go to the Parameter Setting Menu.

To check mailbox, press [l].
To set up mailbox, press (21.
To set the system group distribution list, press [3/.
To set system parameters, press [4 J.
To set the clock, press [S].
To customize your nzailbox, press [6].
