Making the Message Private
In the VPS system, you can have a ' private' message which
is like a private letter in the actual post offic,e service. This
allows you to have your message received only by the
intended recipient.
If you want to record a private message, you can specify it
after recording.
To specify a private
message:
After recording the message, you will hear the prompt:
