The subscriber
is con-
tacted by the VPS via a message waiting lamp, an outside
call or a pager.
The person to whom the VPS refers some calls for answers
to questions.
This can be the Message Manager.
A voice recording
by the user of his/ her name which will
be played
by the VPS when a reference
is made
to that
mailbox,
e.g. because of message transfer.
A number
chosen by a subscriber
or a manager
to protect
access to his or her mailbox.

A message recorded
by a subscriber

tin board which he or she has been assigned to use.

( 1 to 16 ) given to each personal
bulletin
