Get to operation at level [0] after managing bulletin board
messages.

Review the message
Note:
This is the top menu.
The message is ---.
To edit the bulletin message, press [#/.
To select a bulletin message for level 1, enter a number
[I] through [9].

Press [JF] to end bulletin manager service.
You will hear the prompt:
To exit and start bulletin board changes, press [l].
To return to bulletin board management, press [JF].

Press [l] to update the setting.
You will hear the prompt:
Start bulletin board changes.
Then, you will end the bulletin board management.
You can cancel bulletin board changes by pressing [2].
You can return to operation at level 0 by pressing [$I.
