Creating a Bulletin Board Message
Press [l] to create bulletin board messages (Level 4).

To select a bulletin message for level 1, enter a number

through [9].

previous levels.

There is no bulletin message recorded or destination
assigned.
Note:
If the message for this level already exists, you can go
directly to step 10.
To record a message, press [I].
Otherwise, press [2].
