9 Customizing the System Manager's
Mailbox
In order to ensure system security, the system manager can
establish a password consisting of up to eight digits. Any-
one requesting access to the system manager's mailbox will
then be required to enter this password before proceeding.
To customize the System
Manager's Mailbox:

Dial an extension which is connected to the Voice Mail
(Voice Mail Service's
Service.
Extension Number)
You will hear the prompt:
Good morning/Good r$temoon/Good evening.
You hme reached the voice processing system.
Pleuse enter the nmilbox namber of the person for whom
you wish to leave CI message, jdlowed by a pound sign.
To enter by mme, please press CI pound sign now.
If you are using (I rotary telephone, pleuse wait a monlent.
For cull txrnsjtir., press [O].

Press the star [*I, then enter the System Manager's mail-
