You will hear the prompt:
To record a new company name, press [I].

Press [1] to record a name.
You can erase the name by pressing [2].
You will hear the prompt:
Please state the company name at the tone.
To pause and restart recording, press [2].

State the name.

To review, press [I].
To accept, press [2].
To record a new one, press [3].
