Group 98: Options
This group configures for options, in particular, enabling serial communication with
the drive.
Code Description
9802 COMM PROT SEL
Selects the communication protocol.
0 = – No communication protocol selected.
NOT SEL
1 = – The drive communicates with Modbus via the RS485 channel (X1-communications, terminal).
STD MODBUS
• See also parameter Group 53
4 = – The drive communicates via a fieldbus adapter module in option slot 2 of the drive.
