Programming Manual for Digital Key Telephone System

To delete all CLI messages at system attendant,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial 0 5 5 and station range to delete CLI
messages.
3. Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button.
To store a CLI message in a Station Speed bin,
1. While a CLI message is displayed on the LCD,
press the [SPEED] button.
2. The LCD changes to speed dial programming
mode. You can enter a speed bin number or
press the [HOLD/SAVE] button to store the
number in the displayed bin.
3. You may enter {CO line}, {LOOP} or {POOL}
button while programming station speed dial.
4. Press the [CONF] button.
5. Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button to save the
station speed number.

Condition
1. Total number of CO message wait of each
system is 1000 in LDK-24(system base).
2. Station without LCD cannot receive CLI
message wait though CLIP is set to Yes.
3. When a call is routed to a ring group, CLI
message wait is saved only the first member
of the ring group.
4. When a call is routed to a member of
Circular/Terminal/UCD
message wait will be saved to the first ringing
station.
5. If the calling party releases the call while the
VMIB
announcement
message wait is not saved to any station. But,
the calling party releases the call while ringing
at a station after VMIB announcement, the
group,
the
CLI
is
provided,
CLI

CLI message wait will be remained at the first
ringing station.
6. When a station is forwarded to the other
station, the CLI message wait is saved to the
original station.
7. If the CLI number is stored in a station speed
bin with name, the name is displayed on the
LCD by pressing [CALLBK] button (toggling
with name and number).
8. If there are VMIB voice messages in the
station when you try to delete all CLI
messages, it is not activated.
9. It is available to delete all CLI messages from
system attendant when the station is idle state.
10. When CLI messages are duplicated, the CLI
message with the duplicated counter (max.
15) and the latest left time is displayed on the
LCD.
11. If there is no buffer, the warning message;
"WARNING:
CLI
BUFFER FULL" will be printed out through
RS-232C port.
CONFERENCE
Description
A station user can establish a call with internal
stations and CO lines. In a conference, the
supervisor may exit the conference though the
conference is still connected.
Operation
To establish an Add-on Conference,
1.
With established the first call, press the
[CONF] button. The existing call is on hold
and intercom dial tone is heard.
2.
Place a call to internal party.
3.
When answered, press the [CONF] button.
4.
When all parties have been called, press the
[CONF] button again. And all parties can
converse.
To make a Multi-line Conference,
1. With established the first call with a CO line,
press the [CONF] button. The existing call is
on hold and intercom dial tone is heard.
