Press the programmed {ATD INTRUSION}
flexible button.
2.
After intrusion tone, speak to the party.

Condition
1.
To assign {ATD INTRUSION} flexible button,
[TRANS/PGM] + Flex. BTN + [TRANS/PGM] +
8 6 + [HOLD/SAVE]

ATTENDANT OVERRIDE

Description
A station in the DND mode can not generally
receive an incoming call. The attendant however,
can override the DND state at a station to signal
the station of an awaiting call.
Operation
To override DND at a station from the attendant
while receiving DND tone,
1. Dial * or the last digit of the dialed station
number.
2.
Or, press the programmed {OVERRIDE}
flexible button.
3.
DND warning tone will be changed to ICM
ringback tone at attendant station.
4.
Attendant may call a station in DND as a
normal call.
Condition
1.
To assign {OVERRIDE} flexible button,
[TRANS/PGM] + Flex. BTN + [TRANS/PGM] +
8 5 + [HOLD/SAVE]
2.
If the attendant with a transferred CO line
overrides a station in DND, and the station
has {CO} or {LOOP} button, attendant can
transfer the CO line call to the station in DND.
3.
If the transferred station has no {CO} or
{LOOP} button, the call will be recalled
immediately.

ATTENDANT RECALL

Description
Unanswered or abandoned CO line calls will
recall
the
called
unanswered, the call will also be directed to the
appropriate attendant station. The attendant will
receive the recall signal for a period equal to the
Attendant Recall Timer after which the system
will return the CO line to idle.
Admin Programming

Attendant Recall Timer (PGM 180-BTN 1)

I-Hold Recall Timer (PGM 180-BTN 5)
Condition
1. If the attendant of intercom tenancy group is
not assigned, the CO ring is recalled to the
main attendant.
2. When a call in exclusive hold is recalled, it is
changed to system hold.
3. Private CO line will not be recalled to
attendant.

DAY/NIGHT/WEEKEND MODE

Description
The system can be placed in Day/On-demand/
Night/Weekend/Auto mode operation manually
by pressing the [DND/FOR] button at the
attendant station.
Operation
To change Day / On-demand / Night / Weekend /
Auto mode manually,
1. Whenever pressing the [DND/FOR] button,
the ring mode will be changed to On-demand ∧
Night ∧ Weekend ∧ Auto ∧ Day mode in
sequence.
To activate automatic ring mode with Attendant
Programming Mode,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial 0 7 4.
3. Dial 1 and press the [HOLD/SAVE] button to
