with which the reader (client) is to set up a TCP/IP con-
nection. For SIMATIC controllers, "active connection
establishment" must be disabled.

"Server" mode: Port on which the reader waits for an
incoming connection from a TCP client.

test the connection to the TCP/IP connection partner.
