5. DIAGNOSTIC TEST OPERATION
5.4.3.3 Calibration
Misalignment of the input position and the coordinate position are corrected here.
This operation is applied for the touch panel controllers shown below.
(Whether the diagnostic test program supports the touch panel controller is distinguished automatically at the
Linux start-up time.)
• SMK touch panel controller:
• FUJITSU touch panel controller:
(For both controllers, the calibration is performed in the same way.)
(1) Operation procedure
1. Select the Calibration(3) button on the Display Test Menu screen.
2. A crosshair cursor appears on the upper-left corner of the screen. Touch it with a touch pen for a few
seconds.
3. The crosshair cursor is moved to the upper-right corner. Touch it with a touch pen for a few seconds.
4. The crosshair cursor is moved to the lower-left corner. Touch it with a touch pen for a few seconds.
5. The crosshair cursor is moved to the lower-right corner. Touch it with a touch pen for a few seconds.
6. The crosshair cursor is moved to the centre. Touch it with a touch pen for a few seconds.
7. After the setting is completed, the END button appears. Select this button to terminate the operation.
