0x68 The measured value is uncertain because of a
maintenance demanded.
0x78 The module is in the "Warming-up" state. The
measured value is uncertain because the ambient
conditions are outside the specifications.
0x4f The measured value is not available because the
device is in the initialization phase (startup) or
measuring mode has not yet been started.

0x00 The measured value is invalid because it is not
available with the existing device configuration.
0x3c The measured value is invalid for one of the follow-
ing reasons:
