Check the
running status
on the UPS
LCD.
Check the
luminance of

circuit breaker
(MCB) status.
Touch the LCD
screen with
your finger.
Check
whether the
switches of
each IT
cabinet are
ON.

● Input voltage:
380 V AC/400 V
AC/415 V AC
(line voltage)
● Output voltage:
380 V AC, 400 V
AC, or 415 V AC
(tolerance: ±1%,
line voltage)
The three-phase
power indicators are
bright.
● The surge
protection
module indicator
is steady green.
● The MCB is ON.
The LCD screen
panel displays
information
properly.
The power supply to
devices is normal.
3 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
● If the input
voltage is
abnormal, check
the power grid
and input cable
connection.
● If the output
voltage is
abnormal, check
the UPS running
status and check
whether an
alarm is
generated.
Replace the
indicator that
generates no or dim
light.
● Replace the
surge protection
module if its
indicator is red.
● If the MCB is
OFF, switch it on.
Check that the
power cable is
properly connected.
Check whether
cables are damaged
or loose.
