Method
Observe the
PWR, RUN,
and ALM
indicators.
Open and
close the
cabinet door,
and view
alarm
information
on the
ECC800-Pro
WebUI.

Expected Result
● If the PWR
indicator is steady
green, the power
input is normal.
● The RUN
indicator blinks at
long intervals,
indicating that
the device is
running properly.
● The ALM
indicator is off.
The door status
sensor alarm
information can be
queried on the
ECC800-Pro WebUI.
3 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
● If the ALM
indicator is steady
on, check for
alarms.
● If the PWR
indicator is
abnormal, check
whether the
communications
cable is loose or
disconnected or
whether the
smart ETH
gateway is not
energized. If so,
reconnect the
cable. If not,
replace the
actuator.
● If the RUN
indicator blinks at
short intervals,
check whether
the
communications
cable is normal. If
not, replace the
cable.
● If the ALM
indicator is steady
on, check for
alarms.
If no alarm is
generated after the
door with a door
status sensor
installed is opened,
replace the door
status sensor.
