Expected Result
The air filter is clean
and not blocked.
Check that the air
filter is not
damaged or
distorted.
Check that the
compressor is
secured.
Check that the
compressor service
valve has no oil
stains.
Check that the
compressor does
not generate
abnormal sound
during operation.
Check that the
refrigerant pipe
does not leak or
corrode, and is
properly wrapped
with thermal
insulation foam.
Check that the
refrigerant pipe
support is secure
and intact.
Check that the
indoor fan guard is
not misshapen.
Check that the
indoor fan blades
are intact.
Check that the
operating indoor
fan generates no
abnormal noise.
3 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
Remove and clean
the air filter.
(Cleaning with
water is
recommended.)
Replace the air
filter.
Tighten screws if
the compressor is
not secured.
Clean up the oil
stains.
Replace the
compressor.
Repair the leakage
points and rewrap
thermal insulation
foam.
Replace the support
and secure it again.
Repair or replace
the fan guard if it is
misshapen.
Replace the fan
assembly.
Replace the fan
assembly.
