(5) Remove 3 screws and take off the front sad-
dle stapler clinch unit.
(6) Remove 3 screws and take off the rear sad-
dle stapler clinch unit.
(7) Disconnect each connector of the front and
saddle stapler drive units from the SDL board
side.
(8) Remove 2 screws and take off the front sad-
dle stapler drive unit.
(9) Remove 2 screws and take off the rear sad-
dle stapler drive unit.
(10) Remove the fold plate.
Note:
When replacing the fold plate (ASYS-PLT-
FOLD-RLR-SDL), be careful not to damage
the mylar.
