Read Holding Register Access Log (H46 or 70)
A response can be made to a query made by
the function code H03, H10.
The starting address of the holding registers
that succeeded in access during previous
communication and the number of successful
registers are returned.
In response to the query for other than the
above function code, 0 is returned for the address
and number of registers.

The number of holding registers that succeeded in access is returned.
