5.2 ETERNUS DX Disk Storage System Monitoring
Setup
Perform the ETERNUS DX Disk storage system monitoring setup if required.
For details on the settings, refer to "ETERNUS Web GUI User's Guide".
5.2.1

Setup Event Notification

Select whether to report events detected in the ETERNUS DX Disk storage system. There are
four methods for event notification: E-Mail, SNMP Trap, Host Sense Key Code Qualifier, and
REMCS.
The events are classified into three levels: "Error Severity Level", "Warning Level", and
"Informational Level". Event notification methods can be specified for each event level.
The event notification setting is explained below.

Start ETERNUS Web GUI.
Click [Setup Event Notification] under the [System Settings] menu on the [Global
Settings] tab in the ETERNUS Web GUI screen.
The [Setup Event Notification] screen appears.
