8.8 Setting Network Management Parameters
The network management software uses the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)
to manage MCUs. The version number of SNMP and the settings of corresponding protocol
parameters on the network management side must be consistent with those on the MCU side.
Otherwise, the two parties cannot communicate with each other properly.
Procedure
Step 1 Choose Settings > Settings to display the Settings page.
Step 2 Click SNMP to display the SNMP page, as shown in
Figure 8-21 SNMP
Step 3 Set the SNMP and Trap parameters.
Step 4 Click OK.

8.9 Using the SIP Trunk
Context
The MCU supports the SIP Trunk function. After the SIP Trunk parameters are set, when the
MCU calls a SIP site by dialing the site number, the device to which the SIP Trunk IP address
points is used to make the call.
