10.3.2 A Conference Fails to Start as Scheduled.
Symptom
After a conference is scheduled, it fails to start on time.
Analysis

Change the system time of the MCU.
10.3.3 A Participant Cannot Hear Voice Instructions.
Symptom
After a participant joins a conference properly, the participant cannot hear the voice
instructions provided by the IVR service.
Analysis
The voice instructions of the IVR service provided by the MCU can be customized. If the
relevant voice file is incorrect, participants cannot hear the voice instructions properly.
Solution
Upload the IVR voice file again.
10.3.4 Service Data Cannot Be Backed Up
Symptom
When a fault occurs on the primary MCU and the system fails over to the secondary MCU,
certain sites get disconnected unexpectedly or the initiation of a conference fails.
Analysis

If the preceding settings are inconsistent with the settings on the GK, use the
system-view gk-config command to change the settings. After the change, ensure that
the settings on the MCU and the GK match.
