5.1.3 Adding a Prefix
The GK functions as a bridge to transfer call information between videoconferencing
endpoints and the MCU, translates the addresses of the videoconferencing endpoints and the
MCU, and controls calls and bandwidth.
The operation of adding a prefix is conducted on the node management (that is, the SM) of
the SMC.
