5.3.2 Scheduling a Conference
Procedure
Step 1 Click Predefined Conference in the navigation bar.
Step 2 Right-click Simple Conference in the primary list and choose Schedule from the shortcut
menu to display the Schedule Conference dialog box, as shown in
