The Advanced Settings page is displayed.
Step 5 Select Activate conference. Enter Conference ID and Password. Retain the default settings
for other parameters.
Step 6 Click Back.
The Add Conference Template page is displayed.
Step 7 Click Add Participant.
The Add Participant page is displayed.
Step 8 Select participants and click Add.
Step 9 Click Close.
Step 10 Select the added MCU as Active MCU.
Step 11 Click Save as Template.

7.4 Holding a Conference
7.4.1 Scheduling a Conference on the SMC2.0
Prerequisites
Before you start a conference, ensure that:
Procedure
Step 1 Log in to the SMC2.0 web interface.
Step 2 Choose Conference > Conference Template.
The Conference Template page is displayed.
Step 3 Select the conference template and click Schedule Conference.
The Schedule Conference dialog box is displayed.
Step 4 Edit the conference parameters and click Schedule.

Conference ID must start with a predefined prefix. For more information about predefined prefixes, refer

Prefix.
The SMC2.0' embedded GK is online.
At least one MCU is available on the SMC2.0.
Two participants and MCU are registered with a gatekeeper and available.
