What to do
Close the user lock by entering an in-
valid pass code in parameter 96.02
Pass code.
Confirm the new pass code by enter-
ing the same code in 96.101.
Check PLC programming.
Adjust the hardware setting on the
drive control unit or the parameter
12.15/12.25.
Check the auxiliary code (format
XXXX ZZZZ). "ZZZZ" indicates the
problem (see actions for each code
below).
Check that each speed point (paramet-
ers 37.11...37.15) has a higher value
than the previous point.
Check that each overload point
(37.31...37.35) has a higher value
than the corresponding underload
point (37.21...37.25).
Check mechanical brake connection.
Check mechanical brake settings in
parameter group 44 Mechanical brake
control. Check that acknowledgment
signal matches the actual status of
the brake.
Check mechanical brake settings in
parameter group 44 Mechanical brake
control. Check that the acknowledg-
ment signal (if used) matches the ac-
tual status of the brake.
