20-19: System Options for Caller ID
Description
Use Program 20-19 : System Options for Caller ID to define the system options for the Caller ID feature.

20-19-01 Caller ID Displaying Format if Displaying Digits are
more than 12 digits.

Caller ID Wait Timer
When an incoming CO call is received, the system starts
the timer. It will wait the programmed time for Caller ID
information from telco before connecting the CO call.

Caller ID Edit Mode
Edit Caller ID Enables/disables an extension's ability to
edit the stored Caller ID information

1. Enter the programming mode.
2. Enter 20 19

3. Enter the number of the item you want to program.

4. Enter data for the item you selected + HOLD.
5. Enter data for the next item in the program.
OR
Press DC once to enter a new item number.
OR
Press DC until you've exited that series's programming section.
