Symptom
The compressor
discharge
temperature is
too high.
The compressor
discharge
pressure is too
low.
The compressor
suction pressure
is too low or
liquid returns.
The compressor
generates a
loud noise.
The fan fails to
start.
Issue 01 (2021-01-30)
Possible Cause
The refrigerant loop or
component is blocked.
Air enters the refrigerant
loop.
Heat dissipation is poor
because the condenser is
dirty or blocked.
The exhaust fan is faulty.
The refrigerant is insufficient.
The refrigerant is insufficient.
Refrigerant leaks.
The exhaust fan drive fails to
be controlled.
The refrigerant is insufficient.
The indoor temperature is set
too low.
The air filter is dirty or
blocked.
The external residual
pressure is too high, and
airflow decreases.
The condensing pressure is
too low.
Liquid is returning to the
compressor.
Refrigerant oil is insufficient.
The sheet metal fasteners for
securing the compressor
during transportation are not
removed.

8 System Maintenance
Solution
Clean up foreign matter in
the refrigerant loop.
Exhaust air and repair the
pipeline.
Clean the condenser fins.
Check whether the exhaust
fan works properly.
Charge more refrigerant.
Charge more refrigerant.
Check the pipeline for
leakage.
Replace the fan drive.
Charge more refrigerant.
Modify the temperature
setting.
Replace the air filter.
Check whether the air
channels are blocked.
Check the condenser.
Check whether the oil
temperature and discharge
temperature are within
normal ranges.
Add refrigerant oil.
Remove the sheet metal
fasteners.
