3.3.6 Removing Transport Fasteners and Desiccant Bags

Procedure
Step 1 Remove the adjustable side panels outside the compressors and take out the
desiccant bags from the compressors.
Step 2 Open the electric control box and take out the desiccant bags.
Step 3 Loosen the three transport fixing bolts of the compressor using a 13# solid wrench
and remove the sheet metal fasteners.

Step 4 Tighten the bolts on the compressors again to a torque of 12 N·m.
Step 5 Install the adjustable side panels for the compressor.

● Do not remove the bolts.
● Keep the removed sheet metal fasteners properly for future transportation.
Connections of all power cables, control cables, and ground cables must
comply with local electrical regulations, and the cable specifications should
comply with local cabling specifications.
For details about the maximum current, see the device nameplate.
Check that the input voltage and frequency of the primary power supply meet
the requirements.
Only trained and qualified personnel are allowed to connect cables.
